The Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit provides a Lifetime Annual Payment derived from a Withdrawal Base. The GLWB is included and effective at issue. An annual charge calculated as a percentage of the Withdrawal Base is deducted from the Contract Value at the end of each Contract Year. The charge at issue is guaranteed not to change for the life of the contract and is reflected in the illustrated values where applicable. The Withdrawal Base is a value used to determine the amount of money that’s available for Lifetime Annual Payment amounts. The Withdrawal Base equals 100% of the Contract Value at issue.The Withdrawal Base is not the same as the Contract Value, has no cash value and is not a value available for withdrawal or surrender.
